The energy-efficient tempering furnace's wind baffle vents are made of alloy. The cooling wind baffle is divided into upper and lower parts, respectively connected to the air distribution center. Intelligent control automatically adjusts the distance between the wind baffle and the glass according to the glass thickness, keeping the spraying distance at the optimum value, thus achieving the best cooling effect. The upper and lower wind baffles are connected in parallel by several air distribution baffles. Cold air is sprayed at high speed onto the glass from the wind baffle nozzles and then diffuses rapidly and smoothly. By changing the frequency of the fan motor with a frequency converter, the air flow rate and pressure can be adjusted to the values required for tempering different types of glass. Simultaneously, the glass also swings back and forth on the roller track, thus greatly improving the cooling efficiency and significantly reducing the problem of wind spots on the glass.
Features of the energy-efficient tempering furnace cooling device: Steel roller track: The specially treated steel roller track is protected by aramid fiber on the surface, which prevents the glass from being scratched on the roller track while ensuring that the glass does not deviate, effectively improving the surface quality and yield of the glass. Nozzle structure: The nozzle structure is designed using fluid mechanics principles, with the optimal size, hole spacing, and spraying distance determined through extensive calculations and experiments. Therefore, the tempering quality is better, and wind spot defects are fewer. Wind baffle structure: Gaps and slides are left between the wind baffles, which not only effectively and evenly disperse hot air but also allow glass fragments to fall to the ground through the gaps in the slides if the glass breaks in the wind baffles, making maintenance very convenient.
The energy-efficient tempering furnace's air collecting box, upper and lower chambers, are controlled by differential valves, and the upper and lower pressures can be adjusted and displayed separately. Computer display: upper and lower wind baffle pressure values, pressure difference; the air collecting box has good overall rigidity.
The energy-efficient tempering furnace's fragment tempering furnace, fragment taking method, and fragment playing are basically the same, all being horizontal roller track sections. A photoelectric switch is installed at the end of the section. When the glass reaches the predetermined position, the photoelectric switch senses, the roller track stops, and the section is manually unloaded. Similarly, the auxiliary lifting mechanism can also unload large-sized glass.
The energy-efficient tempering furnace's air circulation system, the air system, mainly consists of a fan, air supply pipes, an air collecting box, and a control valve. Features of the air system: A single fan system is used for both flat glass tempering and curved glass tempering. Reasonable air circulation system: Based on rich experience and fluid mechanics principles, the design of the air circulation system is continuously optimized, significantly reducing system resistance and wind noise. Therefore, the fan power selected for the system is correspondingly reduced, making it more energy-efficient.
The energy-efficient tempering furnace's operating system, the control system, consists of upper and lower computers. The upper computer is an industrial control computer. The operation screen is more user-friendly. It also features reliable operation and strong anti-interference capabilities. The lower computer is a PLC system, resistant to vibration and impact. The upper computer is installed on the console, and the display screen provides users with a good human-machine interface.
