The front end of the output section of the energy-saving tempering furnace uses a steel-rubber roller track. The rubber surface uses high-density natural rubber to reduce the impact on the glass during output and prevent scratching the original glass. According to the method recommended in the process manual, place the original glass sheet on the placement section and transport it to the heating furnace via the roller track.
For large pieces of glass, the placement section is also equipped with auxiliary mechanisms to facilitate the placement of glass. A pneumatic cylinder connecting rod mechanism is used, with wheels installed to ensure stability; when placing the film, the edge pressing roller can be used to easily place the film; the auxiliary mechanism descends, and the glass falls onto the roller track. Then press the film feeding button, and the glass will automatically be transported forward. When the glass is transported to the predetermined position in front of the furnace, the photoelectric switch installed in front of the furnace stops the rotation of the rollers, and the glass is in standby state. According to the size of the glass to be placed, the distance of each glass movement can also be set through the operating terminal to facilitate the placement of glass of different specifications. The length of the glass can also be measured using the photoelectric switch in front of the furnace and the rotary encoder installed on the transmission mechanism.
Energy-saving furnace lifting platform: A single-cylinder connecting rod mechanism is used to ensure that the four corners of the platform are stable and synchronized. Edge pressing roller system: The upper busbar is higher than the side cover, which is convenient for loading and unloading and facilitates observation of the quality of the tempered glass plate.
The heating section of the energy-saving tempering furnace mainly consists of a heating furnace body, transmission, and lifting system. The heating furnace body frame is welded from national standard steel and steel plates, with high strength, good rigidity, and a compact and sturdy structure. The furnace body is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part can be remotely controlled, facilitating installation, replacement, maintenance, and furnace cleaning. The furnace lining uses silicon aluminum nitride refractory fiber compressed boards, which have low thermal conductivity, good insulation effect, low density, and low heat storage loss. A unique pre-tightening anchoring technology is used to significantly reduce furnace heat dissipation and thermal short circuits, effectively lowering the surface temperature of the furnace body and improving thermal efficiency.
The roller track of the energy-saving tempering furnace uses world-renowned products. The mechanism is a circular transmission belt and linkage synchronization, which greatly improves accuracy, reduces the influence of system vibration, eliminates deviations, and minimizes scratches caused by asynchrony. The furnace has high-performance patented heaters, more heating zones, and more uniform furnace temperature; the surface energy of the heating element is low, it has good thermal shock resistance, and a long service life.
When entering the energy-saving tempering furnace, the furnace door opens, and the fragment feeding system synchronously drives the ceramic feed into the furnace; after that, the furnace door closes. It swings back and forth within the set effective range, ensuring uniform heating and better heating quality; at the same time, it ensures that the ceramic roller track does not deform or bend, and the overall life of the furnace is long.
