1. The front-end drive of the placement section is a steel-rubber roller, whose rubber surface uses high-density NBR natural rubber to mitigate the impact of the roller on the glass during film placement, preventing scratches on the original glass. According to the methods suggested in the process manual, place the original glass on the placement section and transport it to the heating furnace via the roller track. For large pieces of glass, the placement section also has an auxiliary lifting mechanism to facilitate the placement of the glass. The auxiliary lifting mechanism uses a cylinder connecting rod mechanism and is equipped with universal wheels to ensure stable lifting and lowering; when placing the film, the lifting mechanism rises, and the edge pressing roller can be easily used to place the film; the auxiliary lifting mechanism descends, and the glass falls onto the roller track. Then press the film feeding button, and the glass will automatically be transported forward. When the glass is transported to the predetermined position in front of the furnace, the photoelectric switch near the transition roller track in front of the furnace will actuate, the roller stops rotating, and the glass is in standby mode. According to the size of the glass to be placed, the distance of each glass movement can also be set through the operating terminal to facilitate the placement of glass of different specifications. The length of the glass can also be measured using the photoelectric switch in front of the furnace and the rotary encoder installed on the drive mechanism.
2. Lifting platform: Uses a single-cylinder connecting rod mechanism to ensure that the four corners of the lifting platform rise and fall synchronously and stably.
3. Edge pressing roller system: The upper busbar is higher than the side cover, which facilitates the loading and unloading of glass plates and helps observe the quality of the original glass plate or tempered glass plate.
4. Roller diameter: 54mm (rubber roller + winding roller).
What is the operating procedure of the tempering furnace?
1. Adjust process parameters according to glass thickness.
2. Enter the heating stage.
3. Adjust the distance between the air grille and the air damper.
4. After heating, enter the wind grate blowing stage.
5. After the windshield glass is blown out, it is complete.
What matters need attention during the operation of the tempering furnace?
1. The computer of the tempering furnace control system should be operated by a designated person. Non-operators are strictly prohibited from operating the computer and adjusting process parameters without authorization.
2. It is strictly forbidden to install any software in the computer, delete or modify internal files, and strictly follow the operating procedures for turning the tempering furnace computer on and off.
3. Complete production tasks on time and in a high-quality manner, strictly implement process procedures and equipment safety operating procedures, and ensure that equipment maintenance and use comply with safe and civilized production and various regulations.
4. During working hours, chatting, playing around, and doing things unrelated to work are not allowed. When the machine is on, drinking alcohol and leaving the workstation are prohibited.
5. When mechanical and electrical faults occur in the glass tempering furnace, it is necessary to stop and inspect, and repair them promptly. If the problem cannot be solved, the maintenance personnel should be notified immediately.
