The tempering furnace mainly consists of four parts: the upper layer, the heating furnace, the annealing section, and the lower layer, as well as a high-pressure centrifugal fan, air supply pipes, an air collector box, gas path, electrical control cabinet, and HMI control console. The flatness of the tempered glass is one of the important indicators of the quality of flat tempered glass. The wind baffle of the air box can be used to adjust the flatness of the tempered glass. When the baffle plate is located in the middle of the air collector box, the corresponding pointer indicates zero. When the baffle plate moves up, the pointer reading points to a positive value, and when the baffle plate moves down, the pointer reading points to a negative value. If the tempered glass bends upward, it indicates that the wind pressure at the top of the tempering section's wind grid is low. At this time, adjust the baffle plate to move down, that is, adjust it in the negative direction. Conversely, when it bends downward, adjust the baffle plate to move in the upright direction.
How to maintain the flat wind grid of the tempering furnace?
1. It is necessary to maintain the integrity of the wind grid at all times.
1) There is broken glass in the wind grid, and the broken glass on the wind grid roller track has not been cleaned.
2) The square nylon rope in the wind grid is loose or cut by glass.
3) The points of the upper and lower wind grids are not on the same plane.
2. The handling methods for various failures are as follows:
1) Clean the broken glass in the wind grid and blow away the adhering glass with compressed air.
2) Re-arrange the square nylon rope according to the rules and stick it firmly with special glue.
3) Re-adjust the chains of each suspension point so that they are on the same plane again.
How to adjust the blowing distance of the upper and lower wind grids of the tempering furnace?
1. Select the auto/manual button of the grid on the grid button box to the manual position.
2. Press the air grid up (down) button on the button box to adjust the air grid to the desired position, and then record the air grid pulse value displayed on the computer.
3. Enter the recorded new style position pulse value into the computer and confirm. Select the air grid auto/manual button on the air grid button box to the auto position to keep the air grid at the new desired working position. When the auto/manual button of the air grid is in the auto position, you can also directly enter the new pulse value to adjust the blowing distance of the air grid.
What to do if the glass is always crooked when it comes out of the tempering furnace?
1. Appropriately reduce the upper limit temperature;
2. Reduce the lower layer wind pressure or appropriately increase the upper layer wind pressure;
3. Appropriately adjust the distance of the wind grid (upper fan bends down, lower fan bends up). It is generally recommended to use the second or third method. These two methods have significant effects, but are not recommended. The temperature of the annealing furnace cannot be changed arbitrarily. Although there is a range, experienced operators have their own value, which is a summary of long-term operation. Do not change the wind pressure too much, otherwise it will affect the number of particles in the glass. A better method is to adjust the height of the high-altitude grid. When the glass is upward, you can lower the upper wind grid (the lower wind grid remains unchanged), and vice versa.
