1. Working principle of energy-saving tempering furnace:
1. Through the process of heating and quenching flat glass, compressive stress is formed on the surface of the cooled glass and tensile stress is formed inside the glass, thereby increasing the strength and making ordinary annealed glass a tempered glass equipment.
2. The strength of the glass is improved by changing the chemical composition of the glass surface. Currently, there are methods such as surface dealkalization and alkali metal ion exchange. Because this tempering method changes the chemical composition of the glass, it is called chemical glass tempering equipment.
2. Structure of energy-saving tempering furnace:
1. The energy-saving tempering furnace is mainly composed of mechanical and electrical parts. The mechanical part is mainly composed of steel, insulation materials, ceramic rollers and various machined parts. The electrical part mainly includes various motors driven by the equipment, high-temperature fans, tempering fans, various controllers, frequency converters, PLCs, encoders and various electrical components in the electric control cabinet.
3. Precautions for the use of energy-saving tempering furnace:
1 When the chain, sprocket and gear need to be adjusted, they need to be stopped before working. It is forbidden to operate by hand when the above components change to prevent accidents.
2. Due to sudden power outage, computer crash or main drive chain breakage, after the main drive stops running, it is necessary to manually turn the glass in the furnace out to keep the ceramic rollers in shape and prevent damage to the ceramic rollers.
3. When the energy-saving tempering furnace is in the production and insulation state, there is a dedicated person on duty to check every half an hour. When the furnace body is raised to clean the ceramic roller, the inserted safety pins must be properly inserted before entering the furnace.
4. Before heating, the electric furnace wire and related components of the glass tempering furnace should be checked, and the temperature can be raised only after they are correct. There is someone on duty to take care of it during the heating process.
5. The scale of the glass to be processed in the furnace should be adapted to the processing capacity of the tempering furnace. It is forbidden to be oversized or undersized to prevent damage. When adjusting the curvature of the glass tempering furnace, there must be a dedicated person to direct the operation to prevent personal injury caused by misoperation.
6. The main drive of the input and output table adopts chain drive, which has a simple and reliable structure. When the main drive of the furnace body and the wind grid is in a power outage state, a manual emergency film release function can be provided, and emergency power supply can be added according to customer needs to ensure that the furnace body ceramic roller runs at a low speed after power outage.
