1. Daily maintenance of glass cover energy-saving tempering furnace
(1) Clean the workbench, operating furnace, electrical cabinet, etc. of the glass energy-saving tempering furnace every day, and clean the surface dirt;
(2) Check whether the doors of each electrical cabinet are closed; whether there are any problems with the power switch and indicator of the operating cabinet;
(3) Check whether the emergency stop button function and the button switch are flexible and reliable;
(4) Check whether each operating indicator light, photoelectric sensor, servo motor of the glass energy-saving tempering furnace is intact, whether there is any loose displacement, and whether there is any problem with the signal indication;
(5) Clean the dust of the air inlet and each electrical control box, and check whether the radiator fan is working properly.
2. Glass cover energy-saving tempering furnace parts maintenance
(1) Clean the ceramic roller regularly: The pollution of the ceramic roller will affect the optical effect of the explosion-proof glass, and it is easy to burst in the heat treatment furnace. Clean the dirt, broken glass and its surface accessories in the ceramic roller regularly, make the surface of the ceramic roller smooth and remove the dust with a clean towel.
(2) Grease lubrication: Regularly check the main shaft bearings, ceramic roller bearings and other bearings of the energy-saving tempering furnace for regular inspection and addition, generally once every six months.
(3) Main transmission: Check the main chain every day, loosen the small screws of the main transmission system and the base, and then push the small screws to the appropriate position to make the transmission chain reach the tension state, and then tighten the connecting small screws.
(4) Replace the heating element: Regularly maintain the heat treatment furnace wire. If it is found to be damaged, it should be repaired in time. The damage of the heat treatment furnace wire may cause the ambient temperature in the heat treatment furnace to be unbalanced, so that the heating temperature of the glass in the furnace cannot be reached or the ambient temperature is uneven, resulting in glass bursting, damage to the ceramic roller in the heat treatment furnace and reduced output.
(5) Replace the thermal resistor: Check the working environment of the thermal resistor every day, replace it regularly if any problems are found, and explain the location to prevent incorrect wiring.
What are the methods for cleaning the lid tempering furnace?
When the machine is running, when stains, black spots, and roller scratches appear on the back surface of the explosion-proof glass, it is necessary to cool the glass tempering furnace, open the heat treatment furnace, clean the ceramic roller, and then close the furnace to raise the temperature. When the ambient temperature rises to a temperature suitable for small and medium-sized tempering furnaces to heat the explosion-proof glass, then production can be carried out.
When cleaning the ceramic roller, it should be cleaned according to the actual situation. When using small and medium-sized tempering furnaces, the main cause of the stains must be found before cleaning. If the surface of the ceramic roller is white but not smooth, it is mainly caused by glass powder or other waste sticking to the edge of the ceramic roller.
When cleaning the top tempering furnace, first clean the roller with a vacuum cleaner. Then use sandpaper to polish the glass powder in the ceramic roller until the surface of the ceramic is smooth. Then change to a wet cloth to wipe, moving diagonally to both sides when wiping.
